Troubleshooting

Navio's maps are powered by Google Maps, so most map issues come down to something blocking that connection.

The usual fixes

  • Disable ad or script blockers for naviotravel.com; they commonly block the Google Maps loader.
  • Refresh after toggling Show map; the map initializes on first open.
  • Check that your browser is up to date; very old browsers can't run the maps library.
  • On slow connections, give it a few seconds; the map loads after your itinerary does.
