Troubleshooting

Try these in order

  • Refresh the page. Genuinely; it resolves most one-off glitches.
  • Check your connection. Navio needs the internet for maps, search and syncing (downloaded itineraries still work offline on Premium).
  • Sign out and back in from the avatar menu; this refreshes your session.
  • Try a private/incognito window. If that works, a browser extension (often an ad blocker) is likely interfering.
