Troubleshooting
Try these in order
- Refresh the page. Genuinely; it resolves most one-off glitches.
- Check your connection. Navio needs the internet for maps, search and syncing (downloaded itineraries still work offline on Premium).
- Sign out and back in from the avatar menu; this refreshes your session.
- Try a private/incognito window. If that works, a browser extension (often an ad blocker) is likely interfering.
