Run the day in Traveling mode

Work through the schedule

• Mark a stop done when you finish it, or skip it when the day changes.
• Use Undo if you mark the wrong status.
• Hide completed stops for a shorter view, or show them again to review the day.
• Open Directions from a stop. The mobile app hands the route to a supported navigation app, while the web view opens map directions.
• Open a booking card for the details you need that day, including live flight information when available.

Adjust a day without rewriting it

Use Adjust today's schedule to shift a stop and the timing that follows it. You can also add a spontaneous stop while traveling. Navio records the adjusted plan while preserving the original schedule context.

End today marks every unresolved stop on that day as skipped. Future days and the planned stops themselves remain in place. When the final day is resolved, Navio keeps the completed trip available to revisit.
