Read and manage trip alerts

Navio checks upcoming and active trips for useful changes and planning gaps. Alerts can cover disruptive weather, a place closure or incompatible hours, flight changes, tight timing, check-in and leave-now reminders, packing essentials, budget pace, an empty upcoming day, a booking that falls outside the trip, holidays, and trip briefings.

Where alerts appear

Unread alerts can appear on the dashboard and inside the trip. Planning mode emphasizes issues you can fix ahead of time. Traveling mode emphasizes what matters now. Opening an alert marks it read; dismissing it removes it from the list.

Delivery and timing

Push alerts require notification permission, a registered mobile device, and Push notifications enabled in Settings. Email delivery requires Email notifications. Non-urgent notices respect quiet hours, while urgent travel changes can arrive immediately. Navio uses the relevant trip or device time zone when scheduling notices.

Alerts depend on outside weather, place, and flight data. Confirm urgent changes with the airline, venue, or local authority.
