Eligible trips
A credit can be applied to an unarchived current or upcoming trip that starts within the next year, lasts no more than 90 days, and is not already Premium. You can instead use it to create a new eligible Premium trip without using one of the Free plan's active-trip slots.
Apply or save the credit
Open Settings, then Billing and Premium trip credits. Choose an eligible existing trip or create a new one. Applying the credit is permanent. Deleting or archiving the Premium trip does not put the credit back in your account.
If Premium Annual is active, every trip is already covered and banked Per Trip credits remain unused for later.
Date changes
Each redeemed Premium Per Trip trip includes one complimentary date change. Navio asks before consuming it. Additional date changes cost $9.99 each. An annual subscriber is not charged this Per Trip date-change fee while Premium Annual is active.
