Use Navio on web, iPhone, and Android

Sign in with the same account on the web or mobile app to see the same trips. Itinerary changes, reservations, budgets, packing lists, travel progress, and settings sync through your account.

What works best on each surface

• Web is useful for planning, importing reservation files, printing a packing list, and managing billing on a larger screen.
• The mobile app is built for the road. It keeps synced trip data locally, queues many edits while offline, offers native directions, and can save trip maps.
• The iPhone and Android apps support home-screen trip widgets. Traveling mode can also show live day progress through an iPhone Live Activity or an Android Live Update.

A simple habit before departure

Open the trip in the mobile app while you have a reliable connection. Check the offline status in the trip's Settings tab and save the map if needed. This gives reservations, schedules, and map tiles time to finish downloading.
