Getting started
A trip in Navio starts with almost nothing: a name, a destination, and rough dates. Everything else can come later.
Creating the trip
- From your dashboard, choose New trip.
- Give it a name you'll recognize ("Spring in Portugal" beats "Trip 1").
- Start typing the destination and pick it from the suggestions.
- Pick your start and end dates on the calendar. If they might change, choose your best guess; dates are easy to edit later.
- Optionally set a budget range, traveler count, and tap the interests that sound like you.
What happens next
Navio scaffolds a day for every date in your range. Open the trip and you'll see the day rail on the left, your itinerary in the middle, and a map you can toggle on the right.
Use the Quick add search on any day to find real places (restaurants, museums, viewpoints) and drop them into the plan. Each activity can carry a time, a note, and a photo.
