Sharing & integrations
Only the trip owner can create sharing links. Open the trip's Settings tab and choose Share this trip. Navio keeps view and edit access separate so you can share the least access each person needs.
View-only link
Anyone with the view-only link can open the shared itinerary without signing in. They can read the plan but cannot change it. Treat the link as shareable access to the trip and avoid posting it publicly when the itinerary is private.
Edit invitation
An edit link asks the recipient to sign in or create an account. Claiming it adds the trip to their dashboard as a collaborator. Editors can help update the shared plan, while owner-only actions such as creating links, archiving, and deleting stay with the owner.
Turn a link off
Disable the view or edit link from the sharing controls when it should no longer be used. A disabled edit invitation cannot be claimed again. Disabling it does not remove a collaborator who already accepted the invitation.
