Connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant

Connected assistants let a compatible outside assistant work with your Navio account. It can list trips, read an itinerary, add or update activities, notes, and reservations, set a budget, add packing items, change an individual travel leg, and check travel time.

Create the connection

• Open Settings and find Connected assistants.
• Choose ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible MCP client, then give the connection a recognizable name.
• Create the connection and copy the URL immediately. Navio shows the full URL only once.
• Add it as a remote MCP server or connector in the other assistant. The on-screen setup line shows where to put it for the selected client.

Treat the URL like a password

Anyone with the connection URL can use its access without another Navio sign-in. Do not paste it into a public chat or document. Navio shows when a connection was last used and the final characters of its token so you can identify it later.

Outside-assistant writes land directly in Navio and can sync to open devices. Review the result in the trip. Revoke the connection from Settings at any time to cut off future access immediately.
