Create and tailor a packing list

The Packing tab drafts a list from the trip's dates, destination, forecast, itinerary, reservations, and your packing profile. It separates things to pack from Before you go reminders, so household tasks never inflate the packed-item count.

Make the draft yours

• Mark items packed, change quantities, add notes, and reorder items within a category.
• Use Add items to search the full catalog. It includes suggested items, things worth deciding on, and omitted items with the reason they were left out.
• Add a custom item or reminder when the catalog does not cover it.
• Pay attention to irreplaceable essentials and the Still to pack message.
• Use Print for a paper or PDF copy from the web app.

Packing profile and redrafts

Open Settings, then Packing profile, to record lasting details such as prescriptions, contacts, devices, clothing preferences, and activities. Navio reuses those answers on future trips. You can also teach the profile which catalog items to always include or leave out.

Choose Redraft when the destination, dates, reservations, or plans change significantly. Navio rebuilds the generated part of the list while preserving your custom additions and reminders.
