Build and reorder an itinerary

Open a trip in Planning mode and choose Itinerary. The day rail moves between dates, and each day holds its own stops, notes, bookings, routes, and weather context.

Add a stop

• Use Quick add or place search to find a real venue near the day's location.
• Choose a recommendation when you want nearby ideas or well-known places that are not already in the plan.
• Open the full activity form to add a location manually or set the time, end time, category, cost, currency, description, and photo.
• Set flexibility, priority, and weather sensitivity when the stop has constraints Navio should understand.

Reorder and edit

Drag stops into the order you want. Open any stop to change it or remove it. Planned costs appear in the Budget tab, so edit the activity itself when that amount changes.

Bookings that fall on the selected date also appear in the itinerary. Edit those from Reservations so the source booking, itinerary, and budget stay aligned.
